Admission requirements
Shahid Beheshti University welcomes all eligible international candidates. Perspective students planning to apply to SBU must meet a general set of criteria and present the required documents in order for their application to be considered.
General requirements:
- • A high school diploma for BSc. applicants, a Bachelor’s degree for MSc. applicants and a Master’s degree for Ph.D. applicants
- • Acceptable Persian skills, a Persian language certificate or completion of the Persian language course offered by the university
- • presenting the required documents
- • Completing the enrollment process at the International Students Office
Required documents:
- • A copy of your passport and a personal picture.
- • For undergraduate applicants, a copy of diploma degree confirmation.
- • For graduate applicants, copies of the diploma and bachelor’s degree confirmations.
- • For Ph.D. applicants, copies of the bachelor and master’s degree confirmations.
- • Official transcripts
- • Two referees and recommendation letters (optional for Bsc. and MSc. candidates)
